People | Process | Mindset

As an independent Agile Practitioner with thirteen years of hands-on experience across multiple industries, I have fulfilled roles such as Senior ScrumMaster, Agile Team Coach, Agile Coach and Principal Consultant. My skills and experience are at there best results when I work with your people, your process and ultimately their mindset.

Through considering the Agile Manifesto and the guidelines for Scrum or Kanban, we recognise where our delivery practices may need to be adjusted or even established to harness the joined-up advantage that can be available. With regular highest-value experiments, we learn about the next best increment to grow our capability and health.

When your people are ready, we can start to introduce and consider the end-to-end delivery value stream. This is not a one-shot event to fix all woes, more a regular community event to understand and capture the current flow. Putting the customer first and seeking simplicity offers a bright spotlight on upstream, owned, or downstream activities.

Engagement at every level, has the power to either encourage or redirect the value of any exchange. Individual behaviours that have been considered successful in the past, or process that have simply adopted to make current practices work, may be the next thing that has been holding you back.

I am comfortable working with co-located or distributed teams, along with the current guidelines for remote working.
