Inspire | Simplify | Nurture
Inspire | Simplify | Nurture

I am a grounded and passionate Agile Coach. I specialises in supporting people who are picking up the approach for the first time, or those who are established and are seeking something to help them ‘wow’ tomorrow. Our aim is for small increments of higher performance, not just going through the motions.
Spoiler Alert: It’s all about organisational culture, our leadership style and how we all show up.
Thankfully I am not super technical, although I have supported some wonderfully complex and technical spaces. My position allows me to focus on the people, where together we are able too (re)establish team safety, (re)establish equal voice and (re)establish a shared truth of ‘what is possible’.
