I am a pragmatic Agile Coach with over thirteen years of VUCA experience to positively enable organisational learning for greater success, supporting those ‘doing agile’, those ‘being agile’ and those who value real world experience.
I have what it takes to establish the ‘pull’ to nurture agility, in process and mindset. My leadership success has been crafted with software development and applied to some non-IT early adopters in Human Resources, Marketing Transformation and experiments with Service Incubators.
I proactively seek to establish rapport and built trust, as this encourages new levels of safety, openness and transparency. Those meaningful relationships seek to support a shared understanding of ‘flow’ so we can clearly identify, consider and navigate the upstream and downstream constraints that will impact what can be achieved.
I lead by example, to walk the talk, day after day, month after month, to actively nurture and promote the importance of team health. This creates a new spark and sense of empowerment to deliver momentum for the necessary cultural change for teams and their leaders.
I am an accredited Fellow Coach and accredited Fellow Mentor with the IAP C&M. With the right people and good rapport, I can offer 1:1 sessions with individuals to consider their self-awareness, their self-talk and their day to day interactions in thier world.
